Austin is a serif typeface designed by Paul Barnes and published through Commercial Type in 2007. It was inspired by the designs of eighteenth century typeface designer Richard Austin. It’s a high contrast design with slightly condensed letterforms. Austin is available in eight weights, each with corresponding italics.
