Cardinal is a serif typeface designed by Jean-Baptiste Levée, Yoann Minet and Quentin Schmerber. It was released through Production Type in 2018. The family is available in four different versions: Cardinal Classic Short, Cardinal Classic Mid and Cardinal Classic Long each have varying x-heights, while Cardinal Fruit (shown in the specimen) features condensed proportions and is reminiscent of Apple Garamond. Each version is available in four weights with matching italics.
