Eurostile is a geometric sans-serif typeface designed in 1962 by Italian type designer Aldo Novarese. The design was based off Microgramma, an earlier typeface from Novarese that was available in uppercase only. The letterforms of Eurostile are derived from squares with rounded-off corners, which recalls a futuristic aesthetic that was popular in the 1960s.
