Foro is a humanist slab serif typeface designed in 2012 by Dieter Hofrichter of German foundry Hoftype. It has a very warm and inviting feel for a slab serif with some distinctive characters such as the curvy leg on the k. I think it would make a great alternative to more commonly used slabs such as Adelle. Foro is available in eight weights, ranging from thin to black.
