Gooper is a serif typeface designed by Kyle Benson. It was released in a preliminary version on Future Fonts in 2018 and, as of 2022, is still a work in progress. The design was inspired by display type from the phototypesetting era of the 1960s and 1970s, including Cooper Black and Bookman. The family is available in three optical sizes—Gooper (shown in the specimen), Gooper Deck and Gooper Text.
