GT Alpina is a serif typeface designed by Reto Moser and published through Grilli Type in 2020. The design is described as a “workhorse serif with a twist” and features a distinctive top-heavy lowercase a. The family is available in condensed, standard and extended widths in both regular and fine optical sizes, each with five weights and matching italics. There is also a monospaced typewriter version available, which gives the family an impressive total of 70 individual styles.
