Heldane Text is the text version of Kris Sowersby’s Heldane family, which is his take on the Garamond genre. Compared to the display version, Heldane Text has longer serifs, looser spacing and more even letterforms. It was designed to add a darker texture to the page, as opposed to typical garalde faces which tend to have a softer, lighter texture. The family is available in three weights with matching italics.
