Media Sans is a sans-serif typeface designed by Jean-Baptiste Levée and published through Production Type. It was originally created in 2015 as a custom typeface for Libération, a French newspaper, under the Libé Sans. In 2018, it was released as a retail font under its current moniker. The design features an extremely tall x-height with tiny ascenders and descenders. The family is available in a huge range of weights and styles, including extra-condensed, condensed, semi-condensed, regular and extended widths.
