Crimson Text is an open-source, Old Style serif typeface designed by Sebastian Kosch. According to Kosch, the version currently available on Google Fonts called Crimson Text is outdated and missing some of the refinements from the latest version that is simply called Crimson. The design was inspired by classic serifs like Garamond, Minion and Baskerville.
